One of our favorite bands TALIA is here in Cali and you’re going to want to see them live on their Angels Tour. They blew out the Whisky a Go Go last summer and now they’re here once again so you’re going to want to get yourself to one of these shows. LA fans and those who really need to experience them can see TALIA on July 26 at the Viper on Sunset.
If you miss those, there are four other dates in the Bay Area and San Diego.
July 26th – The Viper in LA
July 29th – Winters in Pacifica, Bay Area
August 3rd – The Bancroft in Spring Valley, San Diego
August – Stork in Oakland, Bay Area
August – The Holding Company, San Diego
If you want to get a taste of just how hard they rock and just how awesome they sound, check out that performance at The Whisky below.
The band’s album Thugs They Might Be Angels has put the band on the map with new fans in the U.S. They’ve got a sound that reminds me Foo Fighters, Nivana, Hole, Pixies, and then just straight up good crashing thrashing punk that scratches that itch.
It’s a fucking good sound and they are fucking good live. Go see TALIA before they move to the next U.S. city!
Alice Thomas – Bass, backing vocals
Nicolas Costa – Guitar, lead vocals
Hervé Goardou – Drums
Freeway Music Studio, Custom Studio, 7eme ciel Studio (all in Paris)
